Three Weeks!

In three Fridays, I'll be at Auburn. Jenn sent me a very detailed message yesterday about things that have been going on, what to expect, and much more. I'm getting everything together and still can't believe how much I have to do before I leave. It will all get done... I hope!

Although my Spring Break provided a much needed week away from things, it also meant that there was more on my plate when I got back to work. I've been trying to stay on top of things all week and am finally climbing back to the top of the pile. Of course, I stayed at my desk until midnight last night to get classwork and other projects taken care of while I could.

I'm tossing around a few ideas for presentations for next fall's NODA Conference. Hopefully at least one gets accepted because I know how much of an impact presenting can make. At the same time, maybe selfishly, I fully expect to be on the job hunt at that time and presenting can be a great way to showcase myself informally.

Finally, I very happily joined the official Facebook group for Auburn's NODA Interns last night! It feel great to be a part of something that is well-established and has proven to be beneficial for so many before me. I simply hope that I can live up to their level of excellence!
