Last night I officially began the packing process. I'm trying to keep things as compact as possible but want to be sure that I've got at least some of the comforts of home. Namely, Tony Chachere's seasoning and Zatarain's box dinners!

One thing that I may need some help with is selecting which DVDs to bring with me. I've got more than 350 (nearly 400, by now I'm sure) to choose from. Does anyone have any suggestions or favorites that I should bring with me?
I also began putting things into bins to make the best use of the space in my car. I'm pretty sure that everything will fit even if it is very snug. I know that I'll have to go to the store once I get there and have started making a list so that I don't forget anything major. Yes, I know that I am a planner.
T-minus 10 days til I'm at Auburn! HOLLER!!
You ought to pack some Abita Strawberry for the trip! That's always a bit hit with out-of-towners.
ReplyDeleteGood luck to you. This is exciting!
You're going to have a great time!
ReplyDeleteI cant believe there is only 10 days until you go with those other tigers. But definitely bring just friends, but i know you already have it packed!

I send with you the love and respect of a mom...you are bound for great things! Call me or email me....we can meet in Mobile for lunch or dinner if you like, since I'll be moving to Long Beach in June. And, you really must pack "Accepted" or anything by Kevin Smith for mindless humor without being too deep!
ReplyDeleteGood Luck!
