Who actually reads this blog?? I tried to be discrete in my last post but only one person responded. If you read this, even randomly when I post it as my Facebook status, leave a comment. It may help me with future posts and such...
Hey Chris. I am Mark's wife (CWE Mark) Sarah and I have you programmed into my google reader so I see your updates! I am looking forward to meeting you in a few weeks when you arrive in Auburn for the summer! You are in for quite an experience working on staff with CWE this summer!
Hey Chris, I read it every time you update it, for multiple reasons. First off, since I don't get to talk to you much, it's nice to hear how things are going and what you get excited about or annoyed with (deal with it, I like you, we're friends... I'm going to be interested in your life whether or not you ask for it.). Secondly, it's really helpful for me to see the kind of stuff you do, whether at work, looking and prepping for your internship, and then with the upcoming job hunt. I have NO CLUE what life is going to be like when I am officially in graduate school, so it's really nice to be able to look at a friend's experiences and see kind of what I'm getting myself into (even though I'm sure our experiences will have their differences, there's bound to be some commonality between them). Thirdly, I appreciate your witty comments, and they make me smile. So thanks!
-Mary Claire (it made me post as anonymous but that doesn't mean you can ignore our friendship)
Hey Chris.
ReplyDeleteI read it, though not as often as I should. Once the summer begins I'll be keeping up more!
